*This is my response to the Dark Side Thursday series, hosted by Andy Townend… Andy, what’s in the damned box?
Hahah. Yeah, right! 😀
(thanks for making me smile)
lol 😀 yeah, I might have been influenced by some talk about past lives and TV sets… but it’s funny this “Happily ever after”, right… ugh… what does it mean anyways…
glad I put a smile on your face 🙂
Yes, happily ever after… It’s like the junkies: happy until the next fix.
Not necessarily 😀
You’ve banged against the wall by seeking love ? 😯
lol… what made you say that? all I see here is some spilt red paint 😀
Street paintball ?
though still highly unlikely, it’s more like it… as I’ve stopped seeking love some time ago…
it’s nice though there are different interpretations of the image… thanks 🙂
Love comes often when we don’t seek it…
Is the dark side in the shadows of the ridges, or in the cracks that have appeared in Love, or in the symbolic red? “Ever after” on Thursdays only?
Whatever the interpretation, this section of wall is a great find, and the slight underexposure emphasizes the “dark” and saturates the red a bit more.
and can you believe it, I found this wall at the bus stop next to my place, I must have passed by it at least a million times… but I only saw it a day ago… maybe the paint wasnt there before… or my mindset was different and I would “see” different things…
it’s open interpretation, Kishore 🙂 yet, I underexposed it in post-processing…
yeah, I think I like the idea of having the Thursdays reserved for crappy moods for ever after lol …
A part of me wants to know if the person wrote “LOVE” there before or after the crack appeared =)
maybe it’s the natural course of things, first comes love, then come the cracks in it…
Hmm, interesting scene and interpretation. The ending of a fractured fairy tale perhaps? I hope you’re well.
my point exactly… all fairy tales end on Happily ever after and we never get to actually see that Happily ever after, do we… while I’d like to see exactly that part …
thank you, Lignum!
Well spotted! This is brilliant image and interpretation..bleeding to love 🙂
thank you so much, Indah!!
That box! Ugh!! I am thinking human remains…..although Andy does have a way of twisting things!
right, right, ima thinkin in the same line, a key to human remains 😀 … we’ll have to wait and see I guess!!
this comment actually inspired my third post on #darksidethursday …watch this space 😉
now ima even more intrigued, if that is even possible 🙂
day after tomorrow…
I love this.
